Joe is a railway professional with a wealth of understanding of commercial and operational matters, able to deliver solutions to complex problems.
Joe has extensive expertise in gaining data from – and liaising with – managers across the rail industry, customers and government to draw together the requirements of a large number of stakeholders, summarise their views, identify the key issues and propose solutions to these issues.
Among Joe’s many roles within the rail sector, he has been Service Planning Manager for South West Trains (a very large train operator into London) and Investment Planning Manager for South Western at British Railways, where he was responsible for the management of funding and projects, and train load freight and infrastructure planning at the London Midland Regional HQ.
